General Laborer – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 / hour
Are you dependable, eager to learn, and ready to build a long-term career? We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in showing up every day and contributing to a team-focused manufacturing environment for a growing manufacturer in the Butner area.
What You'll Do
- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Could included sanding, finishing, and/or prepare materials for production
- Assemble pre-cut components using hand tools
- Handle and move materials throughout the work area
- Complete detail-oriented tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks - Trainable
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction experience is helpful but not required
