Seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Laser Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC laser equipment and the cut-to-length coil line to produce high-quality metal components safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC laser cutting equipment and cut-to-length coil line.
- Load, move, push, pull, and lift metal sheets.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Stack, label, and organize finished products.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and support continuous production.
- Operate a forklift (training available; experience preferred).
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience using CNC Laser Machine
- Mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull heavy metal sheets.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on expereince
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM
