Job Full Description
We are hiring an administrative assistant and office coordinator for a locally owned trades company in Winston-Salem. The position pays around $20/hr and requires some knowledge and experience in accounts payable and quickbooks, dispatching, customer service in a trade industry or similar experience.
Job Details:
- Answer phone calls
- Determine problem and schedule techs
- Give correct and accurate time windows for service
- Follow up with the customers on satisfaction after service
- Track part orders; schedule service calls when parts arrive
- Enter invoices and utilize basic quickbooks
Position is direct hire, and is 1st shift 8a-5p.
