Job Full Description

We are hiring an administrative assistant and office coordinator for a locally owned trades company in Winston-Salem. The position pays around $20/hr and requires some knowledge and experience in accounts payable and quickbooks, dispatching, customer service in a trade industry or similar experience.

 

Job Details:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Determine problem and schedule techs
  • Give correct and accurate time windows for service
  • Follow up with the customers on satisfaction after service
  • Track part orders; schedule service calls when parts arrive
  • Enter invoices and utilize basic quickbooks

 

Position is direct hire, and is 1st shift 8a-5p.
