Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Wickliffe. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked with fabrication or roll forming machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate roll forming machines according to specifications

Feed raw materials into machines and monitor the process to ensure consistent quality

Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances and production efficiency

Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company standards

Complete production logs and documentation accurately
Qualifications:

Previous experience operating roll forming or similar fabrication equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret work orders and basic blueprints

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Willingness to train and work overtime if required
