NOW HIRING: Assemblers & Packers – 1st & 3rd Shift
Locations: Painesville & Mentor, OH
Pay: Competitive rates (based on experience)$17-$20 Based on location: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers and Packers for multiple manufacturing clients in the Painesville and Mentor areas. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with room for growth!
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small-to-medium-sized components with precision and care

Package finished products according to company specifications

Perform quality checks on products and materials

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
Requirements:
-
Solid, verifiable work history in manufacturing or production

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Must be dependable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in the medical device or aerospace industry is a plus

Previous work in cleanroom or controlled environments preferred

Familiarity with basic hand tools, measuring equipment, or visual inspections
