Job Summary:
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling metal components and enclosures using hand and power tools, following blueprints or written work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, work well in a team, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble metal products and components according to specifications

Use hand tools, drills, screwdrivers, and other equipment safely and accurately

Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams

Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy

Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area

Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
