What You'll Be Doing:

Cross-training in multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production

Gaining full understanding of day-to-day operations in preparation for a Shipping Manager role

Assisting with order preparation, logistics coordination, and inventory accuracy

Learning to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and support a growing team
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong organizational and leadership potential

Comfortable using hand tools, forklifts, and shipping software

Dependable with a solid work ethic and great attendance
