Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (arrive by 7:50 AM)
Job Overview:
Our client is currently hiring Assembly & Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Middlefield, OH. This is a hands-on position involving the use of hand and pedestal drill machines, along with basic measuring and recording responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and staying productive without a set break schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Use hand drills and pedestal drill machines to assemble components

Measure and record dimensions at specified intervals to ensure quality

Maintain steady workflow and self-manage short breaks as needed (e.g., smoke breaks or meals taken at workstation)

Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred, but not required

Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices (such as calipers, tape measures, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be reliable and punctual
