The Learning Level Quality Assurance Technician works under direct supervision to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to apply quality standards, perform audit processes, and conduct inspection procedures. This is an entry-level role designed to develop foundational QA competencies through hands-on training and mentorship.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Learn and follow production procedures that ensure conformance to engineering specifications.

Verify that quality-related processes are understood and correctly followed on the production floor.

Develop the ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections of molded and purchased parts.
-
Learn testing protocols and the correct usage of measuring and testing equipment to verify product or part functionality.
-
Acquire knowledge of and perform process audits to ensure compliance with work instructions.
-
Learn and conduct dock audits to confirm shipping and packaging standards are met.
-
Record inspection data accurately in quality assurance databases and systems.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or QA leadership.
