Job Title: Welding Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welders and fabricators on the shop floor.

Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure production schedules are met.

Inspect welds and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve skills and productivity.
-
Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and proper use of PPE and equipment.
-
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
-
Work closely with management and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
-
Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a Welding Supervisor or similar role.
-
Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
-
Proven leadership and communication skills.
-
Commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
-
Certification(s) in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred.
