About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while supporting our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

Assist with order entry, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed.

Provide product and service information to customers.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
