About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and urgency.

  • Assist with order entry, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed.

  • Provide product and service information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
