Job Full Description
Our client is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join their team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering company products and supplies within the local area, while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and safe operation of company vehicles.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials and products within the local area.

Perform and oversee loading and unloading of materials.

Obtain and provide proper documentation, including vendor signatures, receipts, and packing slips.

Assist in verifying quantities, processing company paperwork, and moving materials to the next operation as needed.

Maintain the container ID tag system according to company quality control standards.

Manage the care of assigned vehicles, including maintenance, licensing, repairs, and proper loading using tie-down devices.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Quality Control Manual, Safety Manual, and Employee Handbook.

Maintain a clean driving record and ensure safe operation at all times.

Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed (certification required).

Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with good driving record (required).

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Ability to lift, pull, and push heavy loads as needed.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to read maps and follow delivery routes accurately.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous delivery or driver experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred.
