Receive, ship, store, and track inventory while adhering to company and federal standards

Unload trucks and deliver inventory to appropriate stock locations

Accurately enter received parts into the ORACLE system via receiving transactions

Prepare transactions for sales orders and gather necessary inventory for shipment

Submit all transactions through the ORACLE system efficiently and accurately

Pick materials for work orders based on printed picklists

Perform ORACLE transactions to issue materials, including any necessary adjustments
-
Stock completed sub-assemblies and accepted purchased parts in designated areas

Pack materials shipped from the Distribution Center and maintain shipping authority logs following proper procedures

Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts

Assist Team Leader or Supervisor in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies

Ensure all material movements—shipping, receiving, and storage—comply with company and federal regulations
-
Reject any material that does not meet quality standards and complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) as required
