Job Full Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse operations to support smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and materials.

Verify and inspect goods for accuracy, quantity, and condition.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Maintain organized storage areas and inventory records.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).

Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.

Ensure all products are properly labeled and handled safely.

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus.

Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods.

Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
