Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain the highest level of professional ethics in all client interactions.

Stay current with changes in federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as updates to software and firm processes.

Support additional firm functions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting services during non-peak periods.

Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines, particularly during tax season, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate effectively within the tax team and coordinate with other departments, such as wealth management and bookkeeping, to deliver comprehensive client service.

Provide exceptional client support by responding to inquiries, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring timely and accurate filings.
