Location: Mentor, OH
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri)
Pay: $18/hour
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone recently out of college or looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry. No prior manufacturing experience is required—we’ll train the right candidate!
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support via phone and in-person.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, including math-based calculations related to parts and pricing.

Go out on the plant floor to retrieve parts and materials as needed.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Interface with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Well-presented, professional, and organized.

Comfortable walking the plant floor to retrieve parts.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
