Our client in Wickliffe has an immediate need for 3rd Shift Injection Operator.

- This is a 3rd Shift Position, 10:00 PM - 6:30AM

Essential Functions:
- Inject low pressure ceramic cores
- Fulfill specified manufacturing steps in accordance with specified engineering procedures
- Maintain quality and standards
- Prepare dies for injection
- Obtain slurry, inject cores and remove from die
- Place cores in alcohol bath as required
- Burn off excess alcohol
- Visually and dimensionally inspect cores per Engineering procedure
- Report all problems to Supervision, Maintenance or Engineering as required
- Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to follow instructions, interpret procedures and problem solve
- Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime
- Willingness and ability to learn and perform previous tasks and new assignments
- Experience in the following operations of manufacturing will be a PLUS:
Die Set up; Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance; loading/
unloading of ceramic parts; Visual inspection and gage
