Essential Duties & Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Check Cycle times on machines daily
Perform machine operator training
Determine machine operator capabilities using 3,6,9,11 week evaluation sheets
- Troubleshoot machine issues
Perform visual part check- each work center, at least 2 times per shift: par mark, caps, saw burrs, inside burrs, thread depth and other cosmetic issues
Kit jobs on cars, Update set up sheets when necessary before teardowns
Lead set ups to completion utilizing machine operators and other resources
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks on are being performed on the machines.
Ensure weekly/monthly machine PM's are being performed
Identify drill/tapping heads that need repaired and coordinate with maintenance
Identify pumps and motors that need repaired or replaced due to leaks or bearing issues
- Strong Computer Skills - AutoDesk, Bluebeam, MS Office
- Successful track record of working cross-functionally
- Training ISO 9000
