Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking dependable Snow Shovelers to assist on an as-needed basis during severe weather & emergency situations. Candidates will help clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other areas to ensure safety and accessibility.
Location: Mentor & Willoughby Locations
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:

Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, stairs, and parking areas.

Apply salt or ice melt as needed for safety.

Assist with snow removal from property entrances and walkways.

Follow all safety protocols while working outdoors in severe weather.

Report any hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor in cold and snowy conditions.

Reliable and flexible for on-call, as-needed schedule.

Strong work ethic and attention to safety.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
