Our client in Lake County, OH is seeking an experienced Shop Truck and Equipment Manager to oversee day-to-day shop operations for a growing concrete construction company. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and controlling maintenance costs. Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)

Proficient computer skills to maintain maintenance records (required)

Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair of construction equipment and large trucks (required)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods (required)

Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization (required)

Class A CDL preferred

Prior supervisory experience preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize urgent repairs and maintenance needs
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and parts

Oversee organization and upkeep of the shop, trucks, and construction equipment

Assist the mechanic as needed with repairs and maintenance

Coordinate service and repairs with outside mechanical facilities
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area

Provide guidance, support, and direction to other maintenance personnel
