Job Title: Assembly
Location: Mentor, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM to 2:30PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking motivated individuals to assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and various products in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and tape guns

Perform visual inspections and process verification to ensure quality standards are met

Read and understand Bills of Materials (BOM) and routers
-
Identify components and assemble products according to documentation
-
Follow assembly instructions and work instructions accurately

Verify finished products against drawings (when applicable)

Move materials and install components as needed
Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work with hands and arms throughout the shift

Previous assembly experience preferred

ERP system experience preferred
