Our client in Willoughby, OH is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong CMM programming and visual inspection system experience to join our team. Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate MCOSMOS CMM software (similar to PC-DMIS)

Program and operate Keyence Visual Inspection Systems
-
Perform dimensional inspections and first article inspections (FAI)
-
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
-
Develop and maintain inspection programs and documentation
-
Support production with quality troubleshooting and root cause analysis
-
Assist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Ensure compliance with customer and ISO quality standards
Qualifications:
-
3–5 years of experience programming and operating:
-
Experience with MCOSMOS (or similar software such as PC-DMIS)
-
Strong understanding of GD&T
-
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment required

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
