Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler (Certified Welder) #2931ST
Location: Mentor, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Position Summary:
This is an entry-level role for certified welders interested in starting in assembly with the opportunity to grow into Welder I, II, and III positions over time. The role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment while learning the skills needed to advance within the company.
Responsibilities:

Assemble enclosures, subassemblies, and metal products using hand tools, power tools, and tape guns

Perform visual inspections and quality checks to meet standards

Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and assembly instructions

Identify components and assemble products accurately

Move materials and install components as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:

Certified welder (MIG, TIG, or equivalent) Must be able to provide welding certs on request.

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Comfortable working with hands and arms throughout the shift

Previous assembly experience preferred but not required

ERP system experience is a plus
