Job Full Description
Our client in Middlefield, OH, is seeking a skilled general labor candidate with forklift operating experience. This is a first shift role, 7:30am - 4:15pm
Responsibilities:
- 1st Shifts Available
- Operate light duty machinery
- Use a tape measure to verify parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Ability to operate a forklift (can be certified as you train)
- Proficiency in operating light duty machinery
- Solid understanding of machining techniques
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining or related field
- Bandsaw operating experience
