Job Full Description
We need Assemblers for our client in Mentor, OH for a busy production facility. This is one of the best Assembly jobs around. We pride ourselves on being one of the best places to work in Mentor.
- Pay is $15.00 per hour during training.
- Piecework after training with rates up to $20.00
- This is a 1st Shift Position, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand tools and small equipment
- Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and production specifications
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain production speed and accuracy to meet piece-rate goals
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly tasks
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
