Job Full Description
Our client in Mentor, OH, has an immediate need for Production Associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate set up, clean up, stacking of finished good, and accurate labeling of outgoing packages
- Recording information and inputting the information into the database, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature
- Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes
- Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and report any accidents, safety violation, or other concerns
- Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality
- Working with other team members to ensure timely completion of the production process
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Education:
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Reach Forklift Experience Required
- Understanding of chemical processes
- Aptitude for mechanics
- Ability to work alongside Robots
- Basic computer skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
