Job Title: General Laborer/Deburrer
Location: Willoughby, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:
Our client, a local manufacturing company specializing in high-quality parts and finishing services, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Laborer/Deburrer to join their 1st shift team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in an organized facility where your contributions make a direct impact.
Responsibilities:

Perform deburring of metal parts using hand tools, grinders, and other equipment

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Clean, pack, and prepare parts for shipping

Assist with general shop duties as needed, including cleaning work areas and organizing materials

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:

Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required

Comfortable standing for 8+ hours and performing repetitive hand motions

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take direction

Dependable with strong work ethic
