Job Full Description
Our client in Eastlake is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Finisher to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing finishing operations on molded plastic products to ensure quality standards are met before shipment.
Responsibilities:

Trim, sand, grind, and finish molded plastic products according to specifications.

Inspect finished products for defects, imperfections, and quality compliance.

Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely and effectively.

Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
-
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, finishing, assembly, or production experience preferred.

Ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
