Job Title: General Laborer / Landscaper
Job Summary:
Our client in Chagrin Falls is seeking a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping and property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can perform physical labor in various weather conditions, and takes pride in maintaining attractive and well-kept properties.
Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns and trim grass using landscaping equipment
- Plant, weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas
- Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees
- Assist with seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris collection
- Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
- Spread mulch, topsoil, gravel, and other materials as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Overtime may be available during peak seasons
