Job Full Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Retail Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse and customer service operations. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, as well as assisting customers with loading purchased items into their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse
- Receive, inspect, and stock inventory accurately
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for pickup
- Assist customers with loading purchased items into their vehicles safely and efficiently
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during pickup and loading process
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and loading areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
- Communicate any damaged or missing items to supervisor
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout entire shift
- Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
- Warehouse and retail pickup area setting
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members
- May include outdoor loading/unloading depending on facility
