Job Full Description
Our client in Painesville, OH is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Benefits Administrator for a short-term contract assignment lasting a few weeks to a few months. This role will support daily administrative functions and assist with benefits administration processes. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with benefits administration processes such as new hires, terminations, and COBRA
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Utilize HR systems (UKG preferred) to manage employee information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous general administrative or office support experience required
- Experience with benefits administration (new hires, terminations, COBRA, etc.) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and time management skills
