Our client in Painesville is hiring a Grinder / De-burr Associate for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Painesville, OH
Job Responsibilities
-
Grind and de-burr finished metal products
-
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
-
Operate hand and power tools, including pistol grinders, die grinders, belt sanders, and pedestal grinders

Stamp parts using hand-held and mechanical press methods
-
Meet production and quality standards
-
Enter production transactions into the MES system
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Previous grinding and de-burring experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing paperwork

Experience using grinding and finishing equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
