Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, verifying materials against packing slips and documentation
• Prepare, package, label, and palletize products for shipment (banding, wrapping, boxing, etc.)
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy before shipment
• Pull and stage materials or finished goods to meet shipping schedules
• Complete shipping paperwork (labels, packing slips, bills of lading) and system transactions
• Track and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 6S/housekeeping standards
• Follow all safety and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with inventory tracking, counting, and stock organization

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Ability to operate a Box Truck at times required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
