Our client in Painesville, OH is seeking a reliable, hands-on individuals to join our growing 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and is comfortable reading blueprints and following work instructions.
No manufacturing experience is required. We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. We will provide the training needed to succeed.
2nd Shift Production Associate
Pay: $18-$24/hr (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production and assembly tasks according to blueprints and work instructions
- Read and interpret basic blueprints to ensure parts are manufactured correctly
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measures
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
Required
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Comfortable using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
- Strong basic math skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd Shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Manufacturing or production experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Experience with machine operation or willingness to learn on the job
