Job Full Description
Our client in Painesville has an immediate need for a General Labor/Production Associate for their 24/7 Manufacturing Operation. This is a Temp to Hire Position, Hours are 7 am to 3 pm M-F and the Pay Range is $19.00
Key Responsibilities:
In this position the Associate will be putting parts (carefully and as directed) into a "Bucket/Build", then the Build is loaded into a Furnace using a forklift, pallet, etc. Accurate documentation/paperwork is CRITICAL in this position. Accuracy trumps speed in the position! Other duties as needed.
The Right Candidate will:
- Have strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately at all times
- Be Safety Conscious at all times
- ASK questions if you are unsure of something
- Have Forklift, Pallet, Hoist experience is a preferred
- Have some manufacturing/industrial experience
- Have some knowledge/experience in metals is helpful
- Be mechanically inclined
- Be organized and detailed; accuracy is critical in this position
- Knowledge/experience of furnace operation is a plus
- Solid work history and work ethic
