Job Overview
Our client in Painesville, Ohio is seeking a motivated and dependable Production Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment producing innovative foam packaging solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will:
- Set up machinery and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Operate production equipment to fabricate foam parts.
- Run presses to die-cut foam components.
- Build foam assemblies using hot glue and other adhesives.
- Follow standard work instructions and production procedures.
- Cross-train on various machines and production processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read and use tape measures and calipers.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand standard work instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle a moderately demanding workload.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
