Job Full Description
Our client in Wickliffe is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to help ensure safe and efficient production.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn components.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
- Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Document maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist with general facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work around industrial equipment.
Compensation & Schedule
