Our client in Chardon, OH is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in learning the specialized craft of manufacturing diamond tooling. No prior industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and will teach you how to manufacture single crystal diamond tools from start to finish in a clean, climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities
- Rough cut diamonds to specific geometries and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions
- Set up tooling and prepare equipment for production jobs
- Inspect angles, dimensions, and finishes using microscopes and optical comparators
- Perform polishing, lapping, and precision finishing processes
- Use measuring equipment to verify quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow quality and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math and geometry skills
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive precision tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:
- Manual machining
- Woodworking
- Precision assembly
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Working with small, detailed components
