Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Rod Reclaim Associates to join their team at their East Cleveland facility. This position is responsible for processing and reclaiming metal rods by sorting, separating, and removing rods from core materials while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Sort and separate rods from core materials.
• Remove rods from cores using established procedures.
• Inspect materials for quality and proper classification.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with general labor and material handling duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
