What You'll Do
- Recruit and attract top talent for light industrial and skilled trades positions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines before hiring needs arise
- Source candidates through social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Match candidates to opportunities that fit their skills and goals
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and employees
- Consistently meet recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting software
- Comfortable utilizing Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
