Growing Claremore company looking for a Call Center Manager
Shift: Day shift, Monday - Friday
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour paid weekly on Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staffing levels, schedule coverage, and ensure call center readiness.
- Lead, coach, and develop CSRs to meet performance standards and KPIs.
- Create operational excellence by maintaining inbound and outbound call performance, standards and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth process throughout the day.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of call center leadership experience (home services preferred).
- Strong understanding of booking rates, call flow, and customer experience best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency with call center software, scheduling systems, and CRM platforms.
- High level of organization, accountability, and follow-through.
Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
