Job Description

We are currently hiring Inbound/Outbound Associates to support daily operations in an outdoor agricultural environment. This role involves handling seed products, operating equipment, and assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload seed materials efficiently and safely
• Operate tractors and other equipment as required
• Load trucks using augers
• Assist with inbound and outbound product flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• Previous experience operating tractors or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
