Inside Sales Representative – Luxury Outdoor Living
Location: Bend, OR (On-site)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Must be available to work Saturdays)
Pay Structure:

Base Rate: $20.00 per hour

Training Period: Average earnings of $25.00+ per hour (Base + Commission)

Target Earnings: Up to $70,000+ per year after training and established pipeline.

What You’ll Do

Consultative Sales: Engage with customers in our showroom, via phone, and through email to recommend high-end gas, wood, and electric fireplaces.

Expert Guidance: Develop deep product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor on technical specifications and design options.

Project Management: Generate quotes, prepare contracts, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Pipeline Growth: Manage and nurture leads within our CRM to build lasting relationships and drive revenue.
What You Bring to the Team

Sales Experience: A proven track record in lead generation and closing deals (home improvement or construction background is a plus).
