Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $22.00/hour
A local apartment complex in Pendleton is seeking a dependable and hardworking Apartment Turnover Technician to assist with basic maintenance and property upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks to prepare units for new tenants

Replace doors, locks, and hardware as needed

Paint interior areas and touch-up surfaces

Clean units and remove trash from both apartments and common areas

Maintain clean and safe grounds throughout the property
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous maintenance or general labor experience is a plus

Ability to lift, move, and handle tools and materials safely

Strong attention to detail and self-motivation

Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
