Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $21.00/hour

A local business is seeking an Administrative/Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ideal for candidates with an account payable or accounting background.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as first point of contact for in-person and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for equipment registration, fuel keys, vehicle keys, etc.

  • Manage fuel use records, semi and pickup registrations, and permits.

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.

  • Process online payments and reconcile statements.

  • Maintain organized digital invoice files.

Required Qualifications:

  • Payroll or accounts payable experience required.

  • Associates degree or accounting certificate
