Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation ($/hour): $22.00–28.00
Job Summary
A local company in Hermiston is seeking an Administration Specialist to manage payroll and assist with employee benefits and accounting records. If you're detail-oriented and experienced with payroll systems and office software, this is a great opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for payroll processing
- Assist with employee benefits reports and related activities
- Support entry and recordkeeping of accounting documents
- Utilize software including Excel, Word, Outlook, SAGE, Teams, Fusion, and UKG
- Maintain accurate company records and reports
- Serve employees and visitors by assisting and directing as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payroll and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll/accounting software
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
