Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Compensation ($/hour): $20.91
Job Summary
A local organization in Hermiston is seeking an Information & Referral Specialist to assist clients and manage appointment scheduling. If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others, this could be a great opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Greet clients and provide front desk support
- Schedule energy assistance appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Friday Dress Code Guidelines
- Casual dress is allowed
- No T-shirts or logos on clothing
- Jeans are okay (no rips or holes)
- Open-toe shoes are okay (no flip-flops)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in administrative or front desk roles
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
