Inside Sales Representative in Hermiston, OR
Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation ($/hour): $17.00
Job Summary
A local metal manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team! If you’re organized and customer-focused, we want to meet with you! Minimum 2 years of inside business-to-business sales experience required.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Metal Max products, services, and pricing structure
• Maintain accurate inventory reports and database for parts issued, received, and sold
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
• Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions
• Meet or exceed business sales goals
• Monitor market behavior and competitive trends
• Regularly meet with the General Manager to review weekly sales activities and progress
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of inside B2B sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
