NOW HIRING — INFORMATION & REFERRAL SPECIALIST
Are you a people person with great communication skills and a professional phone presence? We’re looking for an Information & Referral Specialist to join our team!
📞 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate person
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide the public with current information about assistance programs and general eligibility requirements
- Schedule appointments and explain what clients need to bring
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Enter client information into state and agency databases
