Exciting Opportunity: General Labor Position!

Shift Details:
- Monday-Thursday: 3 PM - 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading Materials: Efficiently load materials onto machines to keep production running smoothly.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure products are packaged and labeled correctly, inspect quality, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and production areas.
- Quality Inspection: Pay careful attention to identifying defects or issues during production or packaging.
- Safety Protocols: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Material Handling: Move materials throughout the floor using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Machinery Assistance: Assist with changing machinery over for line production.
- Communication: Report issues, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with others.
What We're Looking For:
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for quality and precision.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Dependability: Reliable and consistent performance.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with operators, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to report production issues and safety concerns, and follow instructions.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
